Japan For The Mind offers digital products, including but not limited to workbooks, guides, courses, video content, and other downloadable or accessible digital resources. Our products are designed for personal development and draw on Japanese wisdom traditions. All products are delivered digitally — no physical items are shipped.

Purchased digital products may be personalized with buyer and order information (such as your name, email address, and order ID) for security and intellectual property protection purposes.

Product descriptions, previews, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (including VAT and sales tax) are calculated and collected at checkout by our payment processor.

Orders are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, subject to their terms of service. Polar handles payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

Your purchase constitutes a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered or made available to you, we do not offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a non-refundable digital product.

If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants consumers a right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase and that you expressly consent to waive your right of withdrawal once the download link has been provided or access has been granted.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate purchases or verifiable technical issues that prevent access to your product. If you experience any issues, please contact us at team@jftm.club and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

After a successful payment, your product will be delivered to you via download link, email, or account access, depending on the product type. Download links may expire after a set period. We recommend saving a copy of any downloadable files after accessing them.

Japan For The Mind is not responsible for lost access resulting from an incorrect email address provided at checkout.

We offer free resources in exchange for your email address. By submitting your email to receive a free resource, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to the delivery of that resource.

Marketing communications, including our newsletter and promotional emails, require your separate, explicit consent at the point of sign-up. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email we send.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to purchases you have made.

All content on this website — including digital products, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, and visual design — is the exclusive property of Japan For The Mind and its parent company, and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
